Have your 1:1 consultation where we define your personal goals.
2. Nutrition & Knowledge
Our plain English step-by-step nutrition course, combined with talks and seminars help you to build great habits and truly understand your nutrition.
3. Unlimited Personal Training Service
We create your very own bespoke personal training programs. You can then book in for unlimited sessions each week, 14 hours per day and work with our 7 awesome Personal Trainers.
4. A structured program of talks, 1:1 check-ins, seminars & support
You will have regular 1:1 check-in's, accountability tailored to you and access to our weight loss & training specialists as well as our lifestyle Facebook group.
5. All Our Facilities & Awesome Community
You will have access to our high spec facility, additional yoga & Hiit classes & the awesome, friendly community of TRUE members and trainers.
At £47 p/week, our course (including everything above) costs around the price of a regular Personal Training session each week.
